Lot 15A Camp View Trail, Glendale Springs, NC 28629

Property Description

Imagine building your mountain retreat where long-range mountain views meet the peaceful flow of the river below. Lot 15A in the gated Riverdale community offers just over 5 acres and a rare combination of open and wooded terrain—giving you the flexibility to build on the open knoll overlooking the river or tuck your home higher up for even more expansive views. This is not your typical development. With only a handful of large lots and no ability to subdivide, Riverdale was designed to preserve space, privacy, and the natural beauty of the land. With only three lots currently available, opportunities here are limited. Enjoy paved roads, underground utilities, and thoughtful building allowances—including a guest house and outbuilding and only a 1200 SF for the main house. Several houses built and several more under construction. Spend your days at the community’s riverfront common area, where you can kayak, fish, or simply relax by the water. All of this just minutes from the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and just 15+ minutes to downtown West Jefferson—one of the High Country’s most charming and vibrant mountain towns.
